All EFT memberships are month-to-month. NO INSTALLMENT CONTRACTS. Pay ½ of your first month’s pro-rated dues when you join for ALL EFT memberships including No Enrollment options. A $49 Annual Membership Fee is due and charged on all EFT memberships on your first membership draft after joining. It is fully earned, not pro-rated, when drafted for all EFT memberships. The Health Studio Code of the State of California provides a five-day, “Right to Cancel”. Your cancellation right must be executed within the first five days of the join date on your Membership Agreement. Should you cancel your membership after the five-day, “Right to Cancel” period, but within the first month of the join date of your membership, you will be charged your first month’s dues.
